The Easter Bunny was the guest of honour on Saturday, March 20 at the Drive-Through Easter Egg-Stravaganza. Wilmot Ward 1 councillor Angie Hallman, the New Dundee Optimists, and plenty of community volunteers helped stage the family-friendly event, which welcomed 147 happy kids.

“Everyone was quite balanced yesterday, as I witnessed many had chocolate in both hands,” said the Easter Bunny. “It was heart-warming to see the joy bursting forth like flowers in the Spring from everyone’s smiles and laughter.”

“Just a reminder to all of your readers that Easter is the time when it’s perfectly safe to put all of your eggs in one basket. Hoppy Easter, Wilmot!”
